Scope of work
Few sailing yacht designers can compete with the Argentinian maestro Juan Yacht Design when it comes to ultra-light, high-performance sailing yachts. Yemaya is one of the latest designs from their studio and is being brought to life at Balk Shipyard.
We are masters in aluminium fabrication, having not only rebuilt and refitted many aluminium yachts but also constructed numerous major hulls and superstructures for other shipyards. Yemaya is a culmination of our expertise. We have combined our strengths in aluminium with our experience in fully custom projects to create a highly personalised yacht for this discerning Owner.
To blend comfort with performance, Yemaya will feature a deep, foldable keel and a diesel-electric propulsion system, and is being outfitted to the highest standards. Her superstructure will also be wrapped in glass, providing outstanding vistas from the main saloon.
Yemaya is set for delivery in 2026.
